Abstract
The study explores learners' attitudes towards the use of English in their French learning. In the third year of the five-year bilingual programme at a secondary grammar school, students were provided with the action-oriented plurilingual mediation activity in their lesson of French. The participants were expected to accomplish the scenario in several steps, working in three groups. The objective of their collaboration was to complete the designated tasks, and the questionnaires addressed their work and their approach to using their prior experience in learning English in their learning of French. The research data are analyzed and presented in the article.
