Communis error facit ius in language and in linguistics

Abstract
The study is dedicated to general linguistics arguments of cohesion between the speech in a wider meaning as human psychophysical capability and the characteristics of the language system. From this first component it develops the thoughts about the relation between the norm and the usage in Slovak and French linguistic tradition linked to the respective codifications of language standards. Special attention is focused on the applicability of the principle of law communis error facit ius in linguistics from the perspective of the impact of it's application in the design of the innovation in language norm.
